Reservations

The Reservations page shows all incoming and past reservation requests from your customers. Reservations are listed by date with their status, party size, and time.

View & Manage Reservations

  1. Navigate to the Reservations page from the navigation menu
  2. All reservations are listed sorted by creation date
  3. Tap any reservation to view its full details

Change Reservation Status

Each reservation has a status that you change using a dropdown menu. Tap the status badge on a reservation to open the dropdown with all available options:

The available statuses are:

  • Pending — New request awaiting your response
  • Confirmed — Booking accepted
  • Declined — Request rejected
  • Cancelled — Booking cancelled
  • Completed — Reservation fulfilled

The customer is notified when you change the status.

Note: Respond to reservation requests promptly. Customers appreciate a quick confirmation, especially for same-day bookings.

Customer Chat

Each reservation includes an inline chat thread below the reservation details. When you open a reservation, the chat is immediately visible — no separate button or screen needed.

  1. Open a reservation to see the chat thread
  2. Type your message in the text field at the bottom
  3. The customer receives a notification with your message
  4. View their replies in the same thread

Tip: Use the chat to confirm large party arrangements or special requests before the reservation date.

Edit Reservations

Tap the edit icon on a reservation to modify the date, time, duration, or party size. Changes are reflected immediately.

Note: If the reservation was previously confirmed, the customer is notified of the update.
