Settings

Settings lets you configure your restaurant's operating parameters — business hours, delivery options, payment methods, fees, and theme. Most settings can only be modified when the restaurant is closed (toggle off from the top of the page).

Important: Close your restaurant before making changes to Settings. A lock icon indicates which sections require the restaurant to be closed.

Business Hours

Configure your opening and closing times for each day of the week. Toggle individual days off to mark them as closed.

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Find the Business Hours section
  3. Set opening and closing times for each day
  4. Toggle a day off to mark it as closed

Open / Close Restaurant

The toggle at the top of Settings controls whether your restaurant is currently accepting orders.

When closed, customers cannot place new orders through the QR code menu.

Delivery Options

Configure whether your restaurant offers pickup, delivery, or both. Toggle each option on or off based on your service model.

Payment Methods

Enable or disable payment methods for your restaurant. Each payment method can also have a minimum order amount.

Fee Configuration

Pickolo has two fee types:

  • Online fee — Applied to card payments, with an option to include it in the product price
  • Per-order fee — A fixed fee per order, with an option to include it in the product price

Each fee type has an "included" toggle that determines whether the fee is visible to customers or absorbed into your prices.

Theme Customization

Choose a color theme for your restaurant's customer-facing menu. Themes are displayed as a list with color previews — tap any theme to apply it. The theme also supports dark/light mode.

Restaurant Info

Restaurant details, staff management, and location settings are managed on a separate Restaurant Info page. Access it from the info button in Settings.

Staff Management

Admins can invite new staff members by scanning their QR code from the Pickolo app. Navigate to Restaurant Info to manage your team — add admins or waiters, and remove staff as needed.

Location & Map

View and adjust your restaurant's location on the map, GPS radius, and address details from the Restaurant Info page.
