Tables & QR Codes
The Tables page lets you manage your restaurant's tables and their QR codes. Each table has a unique QR code that customers scan to open your menu and place orders.
Add Tables
Tap the Add button to instantly create a new table. Tables are numbered automatically (starting from 1) with a default of 4 seats. You can edit the table details afterward.
Tip: Add all your tables at once — each is created with a single tap.
Edit Tables
Tap any table to open the Table Editor. From here you can change the table number, adjust the number of seats, and view the table's QR code.
To delete a table, open the Table Editor and tap the delete icon at the bottom.
Table Status: Open / Closed
Each table has an Open or Closed status that controls whether customers can order from it.
- Open (green lock icon) — Customers can scan the QR code and place orders
- Closed (red lock icon) — The table is deactivated; scanning the QR code won't work
Toggle a table's status by tapping the lock icon. Use this to close tables that aren't in service.
QR Codes
Each table's QR code is generated automatically and displayed in the Table Editor. The QR code links directly to your menu with the table pre-selected, so customers can start ordering immediately.
From the QR view you can:
- Download the QR code as an image
- Share the QR code to other apps or devices
Tip: Download QR codes for all tables at once using the bulk download option, then print them and place on each table.
Reorder Tables
To change the order tables appear in, tap the drag handle icon to open the reorder modal. Drag tables into your preferred position.
